Report an incident

What incidents should be reported?

Bс-cert deals with incidents occurring or aimed at the area of responsibility of networks and services of the Belarusian Cloud Technologies LLC

How are incident reports used?

All information related to incidents provided to our team is properly protected and is not shared with third parties.

Will I receive a report on the incident I registered?

Our team does not inform you about the progress and results of the response. We will contact you if we need additional information related to the investigation. It should be mentioning that the lack of reaction to the incident does not mean that we are not doing this. This is a good sign that we consider the data obtained to be sufficient. However, if the problem persists for a long time, please contact us again.

What should I report (specify in the form) in case of an incident?

To contact the Computer Incident Response Team, use the form on the bc-cert.by to provide general information about the incident.  If possible, attach it in an email sent to support@bc-cert.by, fragments of system logs (logs) related to the incident, or other files containing similar information.
